Suru Engine

Terms and risk disclosures

Last updated July 10, 2026

Tool, not financial advice

Suru Engine is game-creation software. It is not a broker, custodian, exchange, investment adviser, or source of legal, tax, or financial advice. References to tokens, stock tokens, or other assets describe technical integrations only.

Test before using real funds

Use Robinhood Chain testnet, Solana devnet, and simulation mode while building. Mainnet transactions are irreversible and may involve smart-contract, bridge, wallet, RPC, market, and regulatory risks. Verify chain IDs, token contracts, recipients, and amounts inside your wallet before approval.

Your projects and content

You are responsible for the projects you create, publish, and embed, including asset rights, player disclosures, security, moderation, taxes, and applicable law. Keep backups: browser storage can be cleared and is scoped to a specific domain.

Third-party services

Robinhood Chain, Solana, wallets, Vercel, Anthropic, RPC providers, and relays are independent services. Their availability and terms are outside Suru's control. Suru does not guarantee transaction execution, asset value, uptime, or recovery.

Launch review

These baseline terms are product copy, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel. The operator of a public Suru deployment should add its legal entity, jurisdiction, contact method, and any required consumer or financial disclosures before accepting users.
